Changes to enable gnutls seem pretty minor.

well, I did the monkey work before gotham, when gnutls was originally enabled in droid as well. Besides that, there is nothing special about android.

there was some problem with the locking callbacks and/or missing symbols iirc. That should be fixed with the move to external ffmpeg, where this is handled properly.

i just installed before going home, and its working great, i will continue testing tonight, but this should be added to the main line kodi.
