Hello,
my local ISP provides me with TV. Their TV box is quite terrible, I would like to use my raspberry and xbmc to view TV.
Problem is I have no idea what plugin and data to use.
Here is screenshot of configuration from ISP's TV box:



I have tried entering this data in almost all PVR plugins, in any order I can think of. So far nothing worked.
Any advice?

You need to sniff the traffic from your STB while tuning to channels, that's the only way to find out what addresses you need. Once you get those you can use e.g. tvheadend or any other IPTV capable backend.
