I am new to XBMC
How do I play my hard disk videos in XBMC?
When i go to the destination folder it doesnt show anything(like it was a empty folder)
Looks like it doesnt support the format or something.
Is there something i can do about it, addons maybe?

When you add a video source in the GUI it won't show any files at first (confusing, I know). See Adding videos to the library (wiki).

Once the source is added and then you navigate to it, then you see files.
