I have been using Kodi on Windows 10 Tech Preview for a while now and I notice at random times the Windows 10 Start menu All Apps scroll bar stops working with my mouse wheel. Now of course I can not say for sure if it is Kodi that is causing this to happen but I am pretty sure I usually see this happen after Kodi was used.

Any Windows 10 Tech preview users here seeing your start menu All Apps scroll bar stop working with your mouse wheel?

Restarting Windows explorer fixes it.
