Hi, I'm new here. I setup KODI today, I can see all my files,movies and music but no mater what I do I can not see KODI on my network, I see my other media servers on my TV DLNA but not KODI I also downloaded it to my Android to try and connect but no go. What am I doing wrong

I'm building a stand alone HTPC but before I do I want to make sure I can get KODI to stream to my network!

Did you activate upnp in the settings? Also kodi is not a media server like plex.

Yes, I activated all the upnp settings. So can I access my movies via wifi from my TV's DLNA using KODI?
