I left the program running when i went to uninstall and now when i reinstall it doesnt let me complete the installation and says error opening file for writing on some of the files, also when it is all finished downloading i click run as administrator and the program does not come up, my guess is because my computer thinks that the program is still running. Any way I can get help to get this fixed.. plz n thank you

when i try and reboot i get a system error saying the program cant start because python27.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem, i have now reinstalled 3 times. and nothing, also looked to see if i have the file and it says that the file is on my computer.
