If you mean auto-scanning for live channels, at least I can tell you that our addon does not. It doesn't seem worthwhile since wmc does channel scanning quite well and swmc uses the results from the wmc scan.
However, I also don't think what you are saying is correct, I seem to recall that some of the other pvr solutions are capable of channel scan - sorry I don't recall which ones they are. Try asking in the forum above this one.
