Hi all,
So I've just moved up to Kodi Helix from XBMC Gotham and now on 2 separate systems I have flickering on video playback. I looked into the settings and found if I turned off hardware decoding the flickering seemed to go away This never happened with Gotham as all my settings were ported over when I upgraded. This happens on the 2 HTPC's I have but not on my workstation. The HTPC's both run through receivers then to TV's, one a plasma the other LCD. The HTPC's are running Windows 8.1 with ADM graphics through HDMI.
Is there something new in the processing for Kodi that's messing with my video drivers? I've updated everything and even did a fresh install on one of the HTPC's to try and resolve another issue but the flickering with hardware decoding is still there.
