Please help as I am baffled by this problem.
No connection to the internet. Proxy server selected on the setup page with user and password entered.
System: Raspberrypi with Openelec Kodi 5 release. Corporate LAN with ISA 2006 proxy server.
Discussed the issue with the IT guys and according to their monitoring program the raspberrypi is trying to access the internet via the proxy but fails at the authentication part.
This is not just related to the Raspberrypi and Openelec; I tried Kodi on Windows 7 and XBMC on Linux Mint 17 and they also can not connect to the internet.
If a mobile modem is used where no proxy is involved everything works correctly.
