I need a simple remote for my RPi and Gotham
#1
I typically use Amazon FTV for my Gotham build xbmc but I'm down to one last TV in my basement Gym and I've got a few RPi's lying around. I was going to overclock a RPi using heatsinks/fan and use it for that last TV. I will need a simple remote to operate as my Insignia TV most likely does NOT have any form of CEC. I am going to look at their Inlink which is there CEC but I'm not expecting it to give me what I need.

Does anyone have a simple solution for a remote for the RPi?

My FTV's use the navigation buttons (up,down, left, right) plus the center select button, a back button and a menu button. Finally there is a pause play button. That is all I basically need for xbmc.

A very simple remote with a usb dongle?

Thanks,

If you're used to it, why not get the AFTV replacement remote and get a nano Bluetooth receiver for the RPi?

Would that work on the RPi? That would be great because the family is already familiar with the FTV remote. I'd actually want to use the FTV Stick remote without the voice part. It's only 15 bucks. What kind of USB dongle would I need to get?
