Need some serious help with this one, I have an Andriod TV box which when bought only had XBMC when you boot up not any andriod firm where to access apps, but it has stopped working and need to either install newer XBMC or even better if could fully reboot box to access full andriod menu and then run XBMC through that like previous boxes but cannot find were to start to uninstall and add andriod software first

Try going to the 'programs' section of xbmc and then choose 'android apps' then scroll down and look for 'settings' select that and there you can uninstall apps etc. Just make sure you have some other home screen installed like nova, apex etc otherwise you'll have all sorts of problems if you uninstall xbmc.
