I installed the xbmc Parental Control program with no problem.
I opened Parental Control, setup access code, and chose the video add-on which shows "Protected".
I exit xbmc, restarted it and saw "Parental Control started" displayed at the bottom right as it supposed to.
I went back into Parental control program to reconfirm that the video add-on I wanted to block still show "Protected".
Everything looks good, but when I went into the video add-on, it doesn't block or ask for Parental control password.
I checked everything again, restarted XBMC again, still no block.
Anyone has any idea why?

That sounds like an add-on that someone in the community made. You should probably contact whoever made the add-on about this.
