Hey,
I'd like to be able to right click a file in Windows 7 and send it to Kodi, so that it immediately streams and plays it in Kodi on a different device. Sort of like the XBMC remote on Android works with YouTube links. I can simply open the YouTube link in Kodi by sending it from my Android device. I want to be able to do the same with video files from a Windows PC.
I want to avoid setting up an SMB share every time I wish to play a video file from my PC in Kodi, I also wish to avoid having to move the file into a shared folder every time. It would be incredibly convenient.
Yatse (Premium) for Android has this functionality, is there a similar solution for Windows? I found a solution for Linux but it is still not released yet. There also haven't been any updates in the last couple of months.
