hi,

i have an xbox one with kinect. it is setup to turn on my panasonic tv and sony soundbar when i turn it on. then i use an apple fire tv with kodi. I rarely use the xbox one so i was wondering if there is something that could replace this functionality but being smaller. Xbox one plus kinect are too big. Kinect cables are insanely thick.


How could i replace this with something smaller? I dont know how this things are called.

So umm possibly a universal remote? or CEC adaptor?

The CEC adaptor does not work with the Fire TV. I have a Flirc and hitting a directional button on the TV's remote (configured for Flirc) will turn on the TV and Fire TV.

FYI, Amazon made the Fire TV. Apple has the Apple TV
