ATV2 - Helix 14.1

Hi Everyone, really hope someone can help me. I can't think how long this has been happening but it is getting worse to the point no video will play now. I can navigate the system fine without lag or issues its only when I select a video file the unit crashes and then restarts back to the Apple TV menu

I followed at best instructions on the net and found the log file. I could understand some of the data but I was expecting something to be obvious like failed or error.

Hopefully someone is able to assist me

I have everything stored on a NAS QNAP TS-669 and a shared database with my office computer. Files play no problem from the computer so I'm expecting issues with the ATV itself I'm suspecting. Are there better units to use, I have control4 in my house so the ATV unit lives under my stairs

I think this is not the right one (because its earlier then the log file) - but i think "EXC_RESOURCE" means its about memory pressure. Thats the reason why we stopped supporting ATV2. I suggest going back to xbmc 12.3 for atv2 as this seems to be the most stable/usable version for this limited device.

Thanks for your reply. I'll roll back the version, Would you know how I do this?

Can you suggest a better system to be using for Kodi and use on Control4?
