First a remark I'm a noob and just started to understand just a little bit of JSON so i hope i don't gone be flamed down and people over here can or want to help me

I have built a HTPC skin Rainmeter HTPC skin 0.0.1

Now the qeustion
With rainmeter you have a webparser function and i want to use it to build a plugin that shows the movie last played and if not yet finneshed that you can click on it and open in Kodi where it left off
With what i understand this is possible with a JSON reqeust but yeah i'm a noob where or what reqeusts do i need.
In mind
Cover of movie time.
Time left of movie or if not possible time movie have played already.
Where the movie is on the HDD (link to movie)
Opening in Kodie

Also i want to do the same for the TV series


Any help would really be apriciated

Isn't there an addon skin service for that kind of thing? Why not check out the code if you really want to reinvent the wheel or just use the addon

No there isn't a plugin for that.
The only plugin there is is for a remote on wich toy can see what is playing and with what you can stop or Forward it

All i'm asking are ther JSON reqeusts for time left
and if it posible to get a link to where the movie or TV serie is on the disk.
