I'm still new to the Kodi platform, I have a mini tower that I've got Windows 7 on that's connected to my 60" TV through VGA & Soundbar via Aux.

I'm not in a position to get a new Video card for this box, ideally looking for HDMI so that I can cut out the Audio aux cable, has anyone any experience with swapping from VGA/Audio to HDMI?

Any recommendations etc. very welcome,

From what I remember (it might have changed since then), VGA to HDMI converters that combine audio were more expensive than a new video card.
