Hi,
first let me say I really apreciate Kodi and use it for some time now on a HTPC (and before on a PI) and I'm really happy that it gathers so much functionality, is highly customizable and supports a lot of architectures.
But I noticed confusion if guests use Kodi to playback video content: you are unable to jump via the timeline slider in the OSD.
Background is that I playback movies from my NAS via SMB and sometimes a guest / beginner likes to show me a special scene or jump forward or likes to jump backwards. Unfortunatly with the current version he just can play fast forward etc. even if mostly every other mediaplayer allows you to skip intros etc. just by using the cursor keys or clicking the timeslider.
