[Hypertown]

I created a few playlists in m3u format. When I use the GUI to select the playlists the songs are played in the exact same order as they are in the playlist file. The song on line 1 is played first, then the song on line 2 etc. If I use the xbmc / kodi remote iPhone app the songs are not played in this order, but Kodi sorts them alphanumerically. As the songs come from different albums and are numbered differently, this results in a playing order that does not match the original m3u file. I saw the same behaviour when using an Android remote app.

I'm running Kodi 14.2 on Openelec.

Does anybody else experience the same thing? Is there a way to get Kodi to play the playlist in the order of the m3u file without using the GUI, but using the iPhone app?
