Well, this is why i asked why you need it and if you only ned AES cbc then its there 
Read the source, you should be able to change the code to support CTR, it has default implementation of CBC.
counter is not part of the source either so you have to find equivalent method and do the same as i did in that file.
let me know if you are stuck and i will improve the class with aes ctr.
