I have a windows 10 laptop (32 bit) and running the latest version of Kodi. Everytime I play a video using Kodi, the program crashes and exits out of it. I have no idea what to do.

Is this whlie still trying to use the same sources from your previously moved 'violation' thread - if so, no help will be given. Please read the link and contact the author(s) of the add-ons that provide the illegal/pirated content. There is a reason why your thread was moved and just removing the add-on names doesn't make this question any more valid.
If you're issue relates to a genuinely supported add-on or local source file, then provide a debug log of the crash.

Plus I'm not sure any of the dev's will have the time to look at a crash on an OS that's in it's testing phase, if you want stability then don't use an OS version that's not officially released.

How is anyone suppose to find out what is crashing Kodi on your system, even if it was on a stable version of an OS, without a debug log?
