I lost my remote so I downloaded the app. After about 2 weeks of using it, now when I go to play a show or anything the app freaks out and the a screen pops up saying that my if i want to keep my resolution where it is then i hit the button below. Well when that button is clicked it goes to the next one and then the next one over and over again in a infinite loop. It also has a timer so that if you don't hit the button it does for you. So far the only thing that I have done that's worked to stop it is reset the device by unplugging it. Once turned back on I have about 3 minutes of control before it looses it again. Please help me i have no idea what to do.
