On some of the contents, we see the error message "Script Failed! :Add-on Name"

Does that mean content link died or did we not set up right?

Or is it IP filtered(if you're not in US then u can't see some contents?)

It means that one of the add-ons had an issue. For any further details you would need to look at your debug log (wiki), as the warning doesn't give any additional information.
