Good morning installed KODIbuntu in PT-PT but it was in English!

The language for the UI of the underlying distribution and Kodi are completely separate things.
Would you specify which one you want to change?

For the distribution (Kodibuntu, which is based on Lubuntu) you have to install additional language packs, I guess.
For Kodi itself (the mediacenter software) you can change it under: System settings->appearance->international

And in V15 you need to actually install Portuguese (or any other) language in addons to have Kodi in Other languages.
Kodibuntu itself I think its broken, I tried installing it in Hungarian in some VM for testing and it only had English irrespective in the Desktop portion and ignored my chosen language and locale I chose during install 3 times also, so broken was the inevitable conclusion.
