I'm running helix 14.2 on a android (pivos xs) and audio and video stutters, is there a fix for this?

Info needed:
1) - Android / display refresh rate - found in Android settings
2) - Codec info of video content - found with the program Mediainfo for Windows and OSX
3) - http://kodi.wiki/view/Log_file/Easy
Otherwise I will say just get a Chromebox or RPI2 !
