Adjust display framerate only on some video's.?

Hi,

Is it possible to only adjust the display framerate on specific video files.?

To cut a long story short I only want to match the framerate to display on 3D movie files.. Is there any way of telling Kodi to either match or not match in the filename or something.?

Mort..

No, perhaps explain why you don't want to adjust framerate? The video will be much smoother when in the correct mode.
If your TV is slow at switching, you can set the GUI framerate to match most of your videos (probably 23.97)
and then you won't get the switching delay on most videos.

Yes, basically my TV is slow at switching, and it doesn't always switch back properly, and I get a weird issue with the display messing up sometimes and turning red.. I then have to turn off then on again so it's a pain.

I use my pi for TV PVR, with the backend on my NAS, TV runs in 50hz and it's a pain when changing channels and watching downloaded stuff which is 23.97..

I'm using the millhouse builds of openelec so I need to have the option to Mach frame rate on to make use of MVC 3D..

I've never noticed any problem with smoothness on my TV and usually just keep it on 60hz..
