Hello,

some of the scripts are good for streaming URL`s on the xbox.

I added some URL`s onto the xbox media centre scripts and the xbox streams them fine.

However, I`m having a problem getting the correct URL for some internet TV channels - by that I mean a URL which is OK for XBMC. Because if there is any javascipt or html code in the URL it seems XBMC rejects the URL, so I think you need the pure stream URL.

But I cant get the correct URL for many of the stations websites to put on XBMC,,globetrekker TV for example? still having to watch it on PC monitor...

Perhaps someone has tips to get the URL`s from websites(a bit more advanced than right click on station).

Hi,

I usually try to open the streams within WMP or RealPlayer and try to figure out the stream URL by checking its properties. Works for some streams but won't for others. Dunno why... Maybe somebody else got a deeper insight?

Help is greatly appreciated as I am trying to write a script that checks http://www.wwitv.com for TV channels and plays them back on our beloved Xbox...

I know WorldTV is out there, but the problem with WorldTV is that its database is not updated frequently and so some channels don't work. wwitv on the other hand seems to be update quite frequently...

that url snooper is great.

shame the xbox still wont play that many of the URLs though. The xbox seems well picky with URL`s it can play.

But I got globetrekker tv working partially so i`m happy
