Thanks very much, I am not good at creating the logos of required standard for existing/new channels, tried with Gimp 2 and even though others said its easy, especially from a sample of logo; I found it really difficult to create any that looked quite right Blush

As previously (thanks to everyone involved) hoping that having latest channels available on TheLogoDB.com will generate interest in completion of a full set of 2016 logos for these channels Cool

Maybe it would be a good idea to look into switching to a other image format that offers higher compression and optimizated format?

Perhaps have the server convert and cache to WebP format using Google WebP tools? https://developers.google.com/speed/webp/

Probably also a good idea to have some kind of moderation to the logos uploaded to the site. It happened before that someone just decided to replace transparent HQ logos I have uploaded with low quality pixelated images with wrong color schemes. Also the logos uploaded to the website lately are far from ideal, most of them are not even transparent (eg: http://thelogodb.com/channel.php?c=1732). I have replaced a few on the past but it gets difficult to keep track of them.

I'll be starting to work on my old addon on the next couple of days. I can also give a hand with the site if necessary.

Cool yeh I noticed a few bad ones but didn't realize they were being overwritten.

I'll have a look at a moderation queue feature.

@zag, while it won't help with the bandwidth, if you want to save some storage space on your sites then checkout "Lepton" compression tool for compressing JPG images
