Please default the "random" next episode setting to off. It's causing an issue for a lot of users.

Make sure it will actually turn it off by default with existing users. Please send update asap cause it's freaking users out as they have no idea what's happening

They may not want to use it but they are forced to by the skin they install so if it goes bad they have no clue.

I do agree the unwatched got annoying pretty quickly. Anyway should be resolved now once my PR gets merged.

The main problem lies with the skins just adding whatever they want and not giving the user the choice in a very clear way.

Hi, is that for a different addon? Not sure what the short video feature is and the log does not show this addon in the logs.

Oh yes thanks, that feature was added by a contributer and I have to admit to having never used it. Hopefully he/she is reading the thread and can give a better response.

Hi,

Thanks for the random videos feature. I realize that it causes a bit of trouble for some but I like it. Sometimes I forget about a series that I had intended to watch but did not get around to, and this is a nice reminder.

One small suggestion. Is it possible to add a feature to have the random video be from a similar tag ( I use Emby) as the playing episode. In that way I could avoid advertising a show like Diary of A Call Girl to my daughter when she is watching Hanna Montana. It could be tag or rating or both whichever is easier.

Hey there,
I have a problem with this otherwise great addon. Whenever I press OK to watch the next episode, my Kodi crashes.
I'm using Windows 10 - the error message is ERROR: Exception caught on main loop. Exiting
Kodi version is 16.1, addon version is 1.0.23, I use a skin called Mimic.
