After weeks of not getting Kodi to start, I found out it was my USB Wireless Game Controller. I remove the receiver from the usb and kodi starts right up. Im running widows 7 on dell inspiron 1521

Yes, there are a few devices that when polled, hold up the works, not sure what the fix is.. if any.

that's what I get for buying a cheap game pad from China . But at least the fix is simple
