Awesome skin yes, could someone tell me where i can find the text "NEXT:" ? So i can take it down a few on the y-position. It seems the text "NEXT:"is overlapping my RSS. Or at least i think it looks better when it is not so close to the RSS.

Ofcourse i have been searching on internet and in xml files, but i cannot seem to find it, could someone help me? or at least point me in the right direction in which xml this is in?

As coincidence would have it, I've just been getting that bottom bar working in the skinshortcuts-dev branch so can tell you exactly where to look It's at the bottom of home.xml. I can't give you line numbers as the branch I'm working with won't match up to master, but scroll up a little from the bottom to find the lines:-

There is an option for a global blue overlay. Do you perhaps know where this blue overlay is? I mean, i would like to make it that i can choose a color, or change the blue overlay to white for instance. Is it a overlay picture or a color code somewhere, been trying to find this but no luck so far. I do find the diffuseblueoverlay.png in the xml and so but this is a white picture overlay so how is it made blue, i cannot find the place where the color blue is at.

I believe, and Mr. Doc will correct me if I'm wrong I've no doubt, that the blue overlay color is controlled by the 'base' (pretty much everywhere else in the skin) and the 'base1' (in the home page) colours. These are defined in the various xml files (with default.xml being, well, the defaults) in skin.aeon.madnox/colors/.

i "believe" the blue overlay is disabled in next version, because Madnox isnt locked at one specific color anymore so no more confusing blue overlay option anymore

because of your "next" info fix - i think we should add it also to our next update ( or one of the following only madnox updates )

right now we concentrate mainly on the big upgrade to great SkinShortcut version and Mr.Vs awesome widgets - when we merged all this, we will concentrate again on this small "polishing" problems - before the hole "shit" start again from beginning, IF! we decide to make MADNOX Krypt compatible

It worked very nice thank you for the help. Now i go see if i can fix the widget 2 on full screen music. The cdart is not shown, only when i switch to widget 1 and back to widget 2, i go see if i can fix this.

Hopefully someone can help. I can't seem to get the "random movies" "random episodes" or "random artists" working on the home screen. I have them selected, but no images are shown. I have the script.skin.helper.service in my addons directory. What are the steps to make these features work?

As a general rule, any warning regarding an invalid template starting "skinshortcuts-template-" isn't an issue. It means that you don't have a widget which would make use of that template and so it wasn't built. It won't impact performance at all.

One of those, though, is actually caused by a typo on my part (there's no such thing as a tempalte, to the best of my knowledge ) so, whilst fixing that, I've added blank templates so that all such warnings should now disappear from your log. Thanks as always for your feedback

Edit:- As it goes, my attempt to get rid of the log errors made them worse. I'll keep at it, and it's still safe to ignore them if they start with "skinshortcuts-template-"

Hi, to the Madnox powers that be... do you advise waiting to upgrade to Isengard and latest Madnox or do so now? Note, I have allot of personal edits I'll have to make when I do so Wondering what you suggest?

Do you mean jarvis? Not isengard. If you haven't already then i guess you may as well wait until the shortcuts/mr. V widgets in pulled in and we have a new amazing master for jarvis.

The current master is already updated for jarvis, so if you do mean isengard then you'll have to use the isengard branch or the separate isengard github, both can be found via links in post 1

It may not be much longer but will be worth the wait.
