As I had quite a few issues, achieving smooth and tear-free video playback, I created a few sample clips, each 1min in length, which differ in resolution, framerate and/or movement speed.
Example:
Following resolutions are available:
1280x720, 1920x1080, 2560x1440, 3840x2160 and 4096x2304
Each Resolution has the following framerates:
24, 25, 30, 48, 50, 60, 120, 144, 240 and 300
And every one of those has the three step sizes 1x, 2x and 4x. A single step is 8px.
The clips can be downloaded here as individual files or as a pack!
Encoded using x264 and is compliant with DXVA decoding.
Feel free to share, link, rehost, etc. Its public domain!
P.S. If you need another framerate for testing, just remux the video!
