Can someone explain the difference between TVMC and XBMC? I downloaded the TVMC on my Android tablet per the announcement but I find everyone still uses Kodi and XBMC. Should I delete TVMC and start again with Kodi?

TVMC is a bastardised version made by a separate group for the sole purpose of providing access to piracy add-ons, TVMC and it's add-ons are NOT supported on this forum and any discussion asking for help with them will be binned.

While SPMC is a custom android build that works well. I treid the new H265 codec and Kodi or SPMC works fine while the the old XBMC 13.2 plays only the audio. Go with Kodi 15 RC2 a great android build with support from this forum.
