To get "play disc" you must go into the "customize main menu" window. In that window select a menu position/item and then "replace this menu with..." finally scroll down on the right to find "play disc".
after you assign PLAY DISC to a menu item, you can go to the submenu for it and add "OPEN TRAY" the same way.
don't know about BR disc playback. I'm not sure Kodi can navigate regular encrypted blu-ray, but that is a Kodi question, not skin related that I can see.
