Hello,

I have installed Kodi Isengard on my Sony androidTV and it seems to work! I have connected to a friend's NAS (FTP) and can stream the video fine. However, subtitles do not load even though they are located in the same folder as the video.

To get them to work i have to go to "System - Video - Subtitles" and then do the following:

set the "Subtitle storage location" to "Custom location" (default is: "Next to the video")

Then hit "Reset above settings to default"

If I do that while the video is running in the background, then the subtitles now shows and works for the remaining of the video. However I have to do this everytime I am loading a new video.

Have anyone had trouble with this before?

the subtitle has the same name as name of movie file? (ex: a.mkv , a.srt)

WHen movie is playing and you don't have subtitle, bring up the (play/stop/..) controls, go to the Subtitle option, check to see if subtitle is disable or enable in this menu.

if not...u need to upload a kodi log
