I have been using the RPI2 for a couple of weeks now as my media player, and it plays most of my tv shows without problems. I have bought and installed the key for the MPEG2 and VC1 licenses. However, there are many cases in my collection of anime where it just plays the audio and not the video when I open an episode, using hardware acceleration. If I switch it to software it will play it, but very jerky.
I dont know what to try to solve this issue. The episodes play fine on my PC, no issues with them there. So I suspect that the rpi just mistakes the codec for something, or is unable to find the video stream within the MKV container. How to solve it, I have no clue, and thats why I ask you here. What should I do to solve it?
