Repo force refresh and Check for updates

Hello,

What happened to the Force refresh and Check for updates when trying to refresh a repo in Kodi 15?

Any reason why this would be taken out?

"Check for updates" is now in the blade menu.
Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.

the 'Check for updates' option is now available on the side menu.
Do not PM or e-mail Team-Kodi members directly asking for support.

This seems to be the case for the confluence skin. I am using a custom skin and that option is not there.

Then talk to the skin maintainer, or use a compatible skin.
