To what is your box connected?

What other options do you have under "Audio output device"?

Post your Debug Log

you still have pulseaudio installed. Btw. OpenELEC always is an option ... then nothing needs to be done from your part ...

From beebox HDMI to a Denon AVR-X1200W.
Options are:
Default. Default Output Device (PULSEAUDIO)
Intern Digital Stereo (HDMI 3), HDMI / DisplayPort3 (PULSEAUDIO)

But why Pulseaudio?
I deinstall Pulseaudio with
sudo apt-get remove pulseaudio libasound2-plugins

Or im wrong?

@fritsch
Your right! OpenElec works perfect.
But with OpenElec i cant use a Browser to surf at the internet.
Or install Steam to stream my games to the livingroom. Or is there any chance to get this work?

Here is my log:

Grr, you miss the second thing I wanted to have:

Code:
dpkg -l | grep pulse

Post that output. Your Debug Log clearly shows that you are running pulseaudio.

Code:
sudo apt-get remove pulseaudio
Dosn´t work.

But they ask me "did you mean Pulseaudio:i386"

I put in:
Code:
sudo apt-get remove pulseaudio:i386
They remove all..

AND IT WORKS Smile
Thanks!

But i think i take a fresh install.
Do this steps and all works.

Now is tho only thing that i get Kodi to autostart. This don´t work till now :/

Yeah in short: we are not really a ubuntu beginner forum ... as you run a full desktop anyways use the mechanism of your desktop to autostart kodi. If it's really Unity (which is not suggested at all), you can do it by simpling adding a start application via the config dialog.http://askubuntu.com/questions/48321/how-do-i-start-applications-automatically-on-login

From Kodi point of view does it change something to use http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mai...l-nightly/ instead of mainline ?

Depends :-) Those drm-intel-nightlies are the first that might implement something that actively breaks kodi's intel / vaapi code.

For all people with the same Problem.
I build my own Kodibuntu with this great guide.
Kodi 16 works perfekt. Also Steam and in home streaming. DTS HD etc all with no Problems.
And also my Logitech Harmony works directly Smile

Do you know what they mean with:
and apply the following patches on top in the order below:

0001-base-packaging.patch
0002-debian-changelog.patch
0003-configs-based-on-Ubuntu-4.3.0-0.1.patch

I read this at the readme
