In my setup I have a 2012 iMac 27" that I have hooked up through HDMI to a TV. While working on stuff I'll put Kodi on the TV full screen. In El Capitan the menu bar shows up on Kodi 15.2 when it isn't the active application. I remember this happening when upgrading to Yosemite as well, but I can't remember if I did anything to fix it or you all did in an update. I just thought I'd mention it here in case.
I can bypass the problem by using the new menu bar hiding feature, so I'm using that in the meantime.
