I have an MX2 box with the HD18 V2.22 motherboard and this is locked down and the only way I know to update this is to copy 3 files to the sd card (factory_update_param.aml, ?.zip and recovery_img) and boot the box using a toothpick in the av connection. Is there a way I can get just kodi installed I think I am limited to installing 14.2 as the linux kernal is old.
