Blu Ray Playback Skipping Frames
#1
When trying to use Kodi to playback content from Blu Ray discs I am consistently getting skipped frames. The video will play normally for a couple minutes, then skip 20 or so frames at once, then continue on as if nothing odd has happened. This does NOT occur in CyberlinkDVD 15 to playback the same blu ray. I have tried with multiple blu ray discs, all commercial discs and tried to play through kodi using AnyDVD HD. I searched google for the issue and found nothing, but I thought maybe it would be a buffer problem? Anyway, anyone else experience similar issues when trying to playback blu ray discs? System information below:

kodi: 16.0 Nightly 20151102-8405118
Windows 10 64bit
Intel i5-4670
8gb Ram
AMD R9 270x, beta win10 drivers 15.10
my specific BD drive is "LG Internal UH12NS30 BD-ROM Blu-ray Optical Drive"

ah thank you. I'll read up on those threads as well. I specifically searched "skipped" frames rather than dropped or stuttering or anything because that's what they're identified as in Kodi (by pressing 'o' during playback).
