I have an issue that has developed with Kodi 15.1. Here is my setup:

Denon E400 inputs
1: DirecTV
2. Amazon Fire Stick
3. Raspberry Pi – Kodi 15.1
4. Xbox 360

Whenever the Raspberry Pi is alive, I cannot select a different input on the Denon. Example, if I choose Game, it goes there for 1 second and then switches back to RPi. If I turn off the RPi, it will go to whatever input I want but then I have to crawl around to unplug and restart the RPi. I have tried the settings in the RPi to disable CEC, the keep alive inaudible sound, etc. but nothing seems to work other than powering off the RPi.

Any ideas?

Add hdmi_ignore_cec=1 to config.txt to ensure no CEC messages are ever produced by Pi.
Power cycle everything (unplug the TV and receiver from mains) to ensure any knowledge of CEC devices is lost.
Does it still occur?
