I'm trying to figure out how to get Kodi to respond more like any other media App when it comes to playback during certain times. Specifically in my case when the device loses Ac connection it will pause current playback and when ac is plugged back in it will resume playback. My Event Manager works to play and pause anything else like PowerAmp but not Kodi and so when I leave my car ND everything shuts down kodi keeps playing. Video playback works this way but only because the screen shuts off and we all know how video won't play when screen is off.

Any help is appreciated.
