I want to buy a new television and watch Dutch and Belgium television though Kodi.
Do I need a Android television. Or can I buy any other Smart television with WiFi?
Witch television are working well with Kodi?

Do you mean to run Kodi on the TV itself? Access your library through UPnP? Is the TV merely replacing an existing display?

Personally, I steer clear of Samsung products, except for NAND related items such as SSDs. The others, it may come down to price/feature depending upon your needs. However, I doubt a reliable recommendation can be made without more information, including your uses and codec needs.
