same problem here. i can create and install the .ipa file without any problem - but if i want to start KODI on my Apple TV 4 i get only a white screen :-(

In my case I had a WWDR SYSTEM certificate as well as the LOGIN certificate. Make sure you delete both and then reinstall the certificate posted above.

Also, it appears that Apple had some certificates that expired today...

You can try to download and install the updated certificate, that's what I had to do to make it sign properly

Also, restarting your device wouldn't be a bad idea either...

Try completely resetting the Xcode certificates

Also, did you resolve the certificate issue by manually trusting it or did you install the renewed certificate?

If so, did you delete the expired certificate?

Deleted the expired certificate and installed the new one. Had an xcode update yesterday? Could this be the issue? Will try to reset xcode.

Kodi runs on two of my other @tvs(installed two weeks ago), this one is at work.

Installed and running like it should!!

The only thing I can suggest that people do is to try re-installing the WWDR certificate:

• Open Keychain Access which is located in the Utilities folder inside Applications.
  
• Select ‘Show Expired Certificates’ in the View menu.
  
• Delete the Apple Worldwide Developer Relations Certificate Authority Intermediate certificates from both the login and system keychains.
  
• Download and install the latest Apple WWDR certificate.
  

Then re-sign and re-install...

If it still does not work try completely resetting the Xcode certificates, re-signing, and re-installing...

Great work!!
i tired reinstalling certificates erased everything from key chain and system reinstalled certificates. Had no problem installing koi just crashes both on iPhone and apple tv .i had installed on apple tv4 few times. heres log from iPhone 6 plus:

getting white screen issue tried all the nightlies tried the certificates reinstalled xcode used different apple id deleted the provisions in the library here is the log what else can i do atv4 is on 9.1.1

After 2 weeks of researching around this worked for me. Follow video to the T. Make sure to add wwc to your login and system in keychain as well.
