Hi All,

For some reason roughly around 3 weeks ago, upon start-up, this message "No PVR Clients have started yet..." started taking longer and longer until now it stays forever and eventually crashes kodi. I've tried to clear the database which solves the first start-up after. The second however crashes. I found an old post (May'15) that suggested updating the back and front ends. Backend now runs 10.0.0.60 build 1226 and plugin version is 0.5.3. I've tried updating the plugin as described here "http://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:PVR.WMC" only to get a message through kodi that dependencies have not been met and I should contact the author.

Also, any reason why the plugin version seems to have a lower number than the one I'm running?

You should only be using the version of pvr.wmc that comes with kodi, that wiki page about doing a manual install is way out of date on no longer applies.

The kodi log didn't help (me, anyway). Possibly the serverwmc log (see debug tab) might have a clue, or you can look at the status tab of serverwmc and see if it is stuck on a command when kodi crashes.

With that out of the way, I think I would try doing a complete clean install of kodi.
