No howto from me yet as I haven't got very far. Google 'Audi mmi' for info. But warning: there are more versions of their car hardware and software than I can count.
What I can say is that I believe there is composite video and analogue audio in on the tv tuner unit, which I have. Pi should plug right in. Control will be another matter especially as the pi will be in the boot.
