I noticed you guys have removed sources.xml from SVN, and XBMC only creates it in the case it is missing.
Wouldn't it be an idea to do the same for partymode.xml?
There is always the danger that you overwrite your custome file when you upgrade.

difference is, program features will stop working if we remove partymode.xml.

Actually, I think it may be deletable already - mind trying it?
It's really just there for documentation purposes, as the default file doesn't actually do anything, as no filters are applied.
If it causes problems, I can easily remedy it.
