After many years of inadequate media playback solutions, I want to finally just do it right. My uses will be simple
1) Playback of local and network media (I have a Seagate Personal Cloud drive and a few external HDs laying around)
2) Emulator play for the wife who misses her NES. For myself, I would want it to at least play N64 games
3) Light internet browsing from the couch
4) It'd be nice to play some of the lower end PC games as well
I want it to be a windows machine. Android doesn't seem to have all the capabilities, and I've never built a linux machine before. So I think an NUC is the way to go. There are 3 in particular that I've been looking at. Help me pick one?
1) Celeron based intel NUC5PYH.
2) Pentium 3700 based intel NUC5PPYH
3) i3 based intel NUC I3RYH
My instinct is to go with option 2.
