I don't see any Apple TV forum sub-topics to post in, so I'm posting here.

When will there be a stable release of 16.0 Jarvis for the tvOS for Apple TV 4?

This alpha release in the nightlies folder of the darwin repo has compatibility issues with a lot of addons.

There are stickies about the atv4. You really should read and understand them. ATV4 is no official Kodi platform yet:
